Procedure for Admission and Withdrawal
Please read the following admission and withdrawal guidelines carefully before applying for any grade.
Admission Schedule:
Admission to various grades commences in the first week of January / February / March, subject to seat availability.

- Admission to various grades commences in the first week of January / February / March each academic year.

Minimum age limits for admission to the various grades are as follows:
LKG: 3 years 5 months UKG: 4 years 5 months Grade I: 5 years onwards. - The cut off dates as mentioned above will be considered from June. The age criteria will apply correspondingly for all successive classes.
- During admission, an original copy of the performance card, Birth Certificate, Community Certificate and Transfer Certificate should be submitted along with the filled‑in application. These documents will remain in the custody of the school administration.
- The child's passport size photograph should be affixed on the application form at the time of submission.
- An entrance exam will be conducted for students seeking admission from Std I to X during the second week of March. The list of selected students will be displayed on the school notice board.
- Admission is confirmed only on submission of all the required documents and payment of the registration fee as notified by the school.
Withdrawal policy
The school management would appreciate a written request filed by the parent for the withdrawal of their child by January. In case such a request is not submitted, kindly note that the first terminal fee is to be remitted.
Fees remittance
- Fees may be paid annually or in three scheduled instalments through the challan in the bank notified by the school. Fees once paid are not refundable.
- In cases of non‑payment of fees, a sum of one hundred rupees per day will be charged as fine up to a maximum of 7 days, after which the name of the student will be struck off from the rolls.
- Students joining or leaving the school during the academic year should pay the fees for the whole year.
- Students with fee arrears will not be permitted to attend the examinations.
